Common questions
Do I own the photos and video?
Yes. Every edited photo and video clip is yours to use anywhere: website, social, bid packages, no restrictions. Raw, unedited footage stays with CPM, the same way a photographer keeps their raw files. If you need raw footage for a specific reason, that is a conversation, not a rule.
What if there is nothing to shoot in a given month?
The visit rolls over. You are never paying for a visit you do not get.
What if I already have a website?
Path Two includes a full rebuild, no matter what you have now. It is the only way I can guarantee the quality and the monthly updates that make Path Two worth it, since I cannot maintain a site I did not build. The new site is covered by the startup fee, not an extra cost. And you own it from day one.
How do you handle our social and LinkedIn accounts?
Together we set the standard up front: what is approved, what is not, and what a post from your company should look like. I build templates from that, so each post follows it without you reviewing every one. You are trusting me to post for you the way you would trust an in-house hire, and the guardrails are agreed before I touch your accounts.
Can I switch paths later?
Anytime. Path One and Path Two are built to work together. Start with Path One, and add the posting, website and management whenever you want it handled completely.
What happens after Path One?
Nothing forces you to move on. Path One works on its own for as long as you want it. Each month you are also building a playbook, because the roadmap shows what is working and where. When you would rather stop running that playbook yourself, Path Two picks it up.
Every owner I talk to has a version of the same issue...
"We try to do our own marketing, but we just don't have time."
So the photos come from a phone, whenever someone remembers. The website hasn't been touched since launch. LinkedIn goes quiet. And an $80K marketing hire is tough to justify.
That's the gap CPM fills. I take marketing off your plate, and it stays off. I show up on site, shoot it, and keep your website, socials, and proposals current, so the to-do list that never got done gets done behind the scenes.
You stay in front of future clients, future hires, and past customers every month, without having to think about it. For a third of what a full-time hire costs.
